This CHB Trawler is in good condition for its age. Some of the exterior teak could use some varnishing, and care, but the wood is in good condition. There is a little crazing in the fiberglass near the forward hatch, but the canvas and covers over the rest of the boat, help keep her looking great and protected from the sun and salt.
The photos give a good depiction of the quality of the boat.
Several things were replaced in 2003:

The port transmission was rebuilt in 2004.
